Requests for return or exchange will be accepted for up to 7 days (from the time of the first attempted delivery) upon receipt of the item. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before returning any item, and only in the following cases:
• Item arrived defective.
• Item delivered does not fit, and the preferred size or product is unavailable.
Please note: If the correct item was delivered but does not fit, we accept exchange requests only (not returns), provided the item meets the exchange criteria and the preferred size or product is available.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your items must meet the following criteria:
• Items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered, and free of damages by the customer.
• Items must be returned with all their original tags still attached and must be in their original packaging.
• Items must be returned within 7 days from the time of delivery
Merchandise that appears used or does not have its original packaging will be refused.

· Your original sales order number
· Which items you wish to return or exchange
· Explain your reason for return & if you require an exchange
