Requests for return or exchange will be accepted for up to 7 days (from the time of the first attempted delivery) of Customer’s receipt. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item, only in the case of:
• Item delivered does not match the agreed size and color.

• Item arrived defective.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your items must meet the following criteria:
• items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered, and free of damages by the customer.
• Items must be returned with all their original tags still attached and must be in their original packaging.
• Items must be returned within 7 days from the time of delivery

Merchandise that appears used or does not have its original packaging will be refused.

· Your original sales order number
· Which items you wish to return or exchange
· Explain your reason for return & if you require an exchange
